Marketplace Only: TX provides a platform to access third-party regulated service providers performing asset tokenization and issuance.
No Direct Regulated Activities: TX is not a securities issuer, investment adviser, broker, or custodian. All regulated transactions are handled by Third-Party Providers, who are solely responsible for compliance.
No Recommendation or Suitability Assessment: TX does not assess asset suitability or make recommendations. All transaction decisions are solely yours and at your own risk.
Jurisdictional Restrictions: Access is blocked for users in sanctioned or prohibited jurisdictions or where transactions would be illegal.
Marketplace Only: TX provides a platform to access third-party regulated service providers performing asset tokenization and issuance.

Prohibited Markets: Users in restricted jurisdictions or where transactions are illegal may not use the Services.
TX KYC: All users must complete TX KYC verification before access.
Partner Compliance: You may also be required to complete KYC, AML, CTF, source-of-funds, suitability, and other compliance steps as required by any Third-Party Provider you engage.
Ongoing Compliance: You agree to provide updated information on request. Failure may lead to suspension or termination.

No Intermediation: TX does not hold or process funds; all regulated activities occur within Third-Party systems.
No Warranty: We make no representations about the accuracy, legality, or reliability of Third-Party content.
